Introduction

☆ DMZ

Security & DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) Peace Tourism started in 2002 at Paju-si,
and it is a place full of hope for peaceful reunification.
DMZ Peace Tourism is a main tourist spot in Paju, and it is also one of the famous tourist spots
visited by people in all ages and foreign tourists to learn the pain of tragic division
and explore the historical sites.

☆ Hwaseong Haenggung Palace

“Suwon Hwaseong Fortress” was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997 in recognition of the value of buildings with different shapes and characteristics, including four gates equipped with defense functions and walls.

☆ Rainbow Fountain(12:00, 19:30, 20:00, 21:30, 22:00 / Closed : Nov ~ Mar)

Banpo Hangang Park is located on the southern bank of the Hangang River, between Hannamdaegyo Bridge upstream and Dongjakdaegyo Bridge downstream, with Banpodaegyo Bridge (Jamsugyo Bridge) at its center. The park stretches 7.2 km and is adjacent to Banpo-dong in Seocho-gu and Heukseok-dong in Dongjak-gu. With 1,140 m of total length (570 m on each side), “Moonlight Rainbow Fountain” on both sides of Banpodaegyo, created as part of Hangang Renaissance Project, was recognized as the world’s longest bridge fountain in the Guinness Book of Records in 2008. The fountain creates stunning scenes as it sprays water, offering a colorful spectacle like a rainbow with various sights and activities
