About Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is the premier New York style steakhouse originating in the U.S. and focused on serving on premise, dry-aged USDA Prime Black Angus beef. Wolfgang Zwiener, who is one of the founders of the restaurant group and after acquiring over 50 years in the business prior to the opening, started his first eponymous steakhouse in 2004 on Park Ave in New York with me as well as with some other colleagues and partners. Since then, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has grown to a global brand with currently 14 restaurants worldwide in locations such as New York, Beverly Hills, Waikiki Beach, Miami, New Jersey, Tokyo, Osaka, and Seoul, with 3 more schedule openings within the next year in Manila, Philippines; Fukuoka, China; and Singapore.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is also recognized for its highly acclaimed and award winning wine cellar with a diverse selection of wines from around the world; an ambiance and design of the restaurant which is very classic, rich in Mahogany wood (wainscoting and bar); and world-class service which is friendly, attentive and professional. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Chungdam opened up in March 2015. There are seven private rooms, availble for business meeting, private party, family dinner etc.
Phenomenal porterhouse steak and more
The restaurant has an in-house dry aging room and the meat is cut on premise. Not only does Wolfgang’s serve phenomenal New York sirloin, rib eye and porterhouse steak (for one, two, three, four or more), it has a rich variety of appetizers and side dishes. Thickly-sliced Sizzling Bacon is an exquisite dish and authentic seafood dishes including lobster and salmon are offered as well. Other highly recommended side dishes include German Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Garlic Sautéed Spinach, Mashed Potatoes and Lobster Mac and Cheese which extremely go well with steaks.
